The House of VORA

VORA is an independent luxury fragrance house based in Hong Kong, crafting a small collection of eau de parfum compositions for those who believe fragrance is not worn but lived. Founded by Vincent Cheng in 2019, the house exists to help people discover where they stand in the world and give them the confidence to stand there fully. Each fragrance is an act of alchemy — a deliberate composition of rare natural materials and modern synthetics, aged patiently and bottled with intention.

VORA is built for the individual still searching for who they are, and for those who already know but have never found the right way to say it. Our five signature fragrances — Guilty Pleasure, Know Thyself, Unchained Mind, Pure Serenity, and Harmony Blend — each explore a distinct state of being, from the mysterious to the radiant, the ethereal to the primal. No two people wear a fragrance the same way; VORA is recognised, not chosen, like a part of yourself you always knew.

Behind every bottle is a meticulous approach to olfactory architecture. Each composition unfolds in three tiers — top, heart, and base notes — revealing itself over hours on the skin. We source ingredients from the most respected growers and distillers across the world, from oud wood and ambergris to jasmine sambac and saffron, then allow each formula the time it needs to mature. The result is depth, longevity, and a sillage that feels personal rather than declarative.

The house is led by founder and creative director Vincent Cheng, whose background in contemplative philosophy informs every decision — from the materials selected to the silence preserved between notes. Our atelier in Central Hong Kong welcomes private consultations by appointment, where guests may explore the collection and discover the VORA that already belongs to them.
